
Come to join in a fun-filled day of activities during the car-free Sunday Singapore with your friends and family as you experience Singapore city differently.
It takes you from the grand historical buildings and monuments of Civic District and the central business district (CBD). On the other hand, you can learn about the footsteps of Singapore’s early migrants at the Telok Ayer Conservation Area.
Car-free Sunday Singapore will take place on the last Sunday of every month. There were different activities for each edition and the upcoming edition will be on 28 October 2018. However, for the first time, they spread it across three days from 26 to 28 October 2018. This is to promote Singapore’s “car-lite vision”.
For those who do not have a bike, not to worry as rental of the bike or even Personal Mobility Device (PMD) available for rental.




26 October 2018 Car-Free Schedule
Telok Ayer Street and Amoy Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 11 am to 3 pm. People working nearby may take a stroll along the street after their lunch.

27 October 2018 Car-Free Schedule
The NParks will be holding various activities as part of its Parks Festival. These include the finalists from the NParks Live Out Loud: Battle of the Band event, a concert at Empress Lawn, arts and gardening bazaar.
Artist lover can check out the outdoor art installations and interactive stations. There are even “sketching tours” at Esplanade Park and Connaught Drive.
There are even evening workouts organised by ActiveSG for people who love to shed off calories.
For those who love thrill may check out the annual Halloween event at the Asian Civilisations Museum from 7 pm to 11 pm and they give prizes for the 3 best-dressed ghostly visitors. For more information on the ACM After Dark Halloween Event, can check it out here.
While cultural performances will occupy over at Telok Ayer Conservation Area. There are a flea market, free trishaw rides, free walking food tours, movie screening and street games, or even try their hands at UV painting on a large canvas at night.

28 October 2018 Car-Free Schedule
The car-free route from the Civic District to the CBD and Telok Ayer Conservation area will be open for the public to walk, jog or cycle around and take part in various outdoor activities, such as Zumba, Yoga.
