Tips
- It is advisable to register your child in Phase 1, 2A(1), or 2A(2) in the school where you have priority. At least, your child’s place in the school is more or less guaranteed instead of worrying about the registration outcome.
- For parents who fail to ballot and get your child into the school under phase 2B, you can consider to register and try your balloting luck under phase 2C.
- For phase 2C, you can consider to observe the school take up rate on the 1st and 2nd day of the P1 registration before confirming your registration if you want to know the probability of balloting.
- If you fail to get your child into the school of choice, call the school to put him on the school’s waiting list. There are cases where parents may withdraw their children for various reasons, and your child might then get a place in that school. However, this will mean you might need to buy the school books and the school attire towards the end of the year.
