Ever since the breakthrough in 2012 Ultimate Hawker Fest, they had been creating innovative dishes every year for the Ultimate Hawker Fest.
Overall, a perfect venue for late-night supper to catch up with friends and enjoy with your family. First, the special paper prata and plain prata is crispy and goes well with their signature fish curry. Second, check out their innovative menus like Plaster Blaster, Umami-50 and Ultimate Murtabak. Plaster Blaster has the perfect running yolk and goes well with the prata while Umami-50 loaded with savoury chicken luncheon meat, chicken floss, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese and egg.
My all-time favourite will still be 2012 Ultimate Murtabak. They load it with generous chunky Tandoori Chicken, portabello mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and onions. The $12.90 portion can definitely feed 2 pax. Likewise, if you worry the $12.90 portion is too big for you, you can order the small portion at $8.90.
